FIG BALSAMIC CHICKEN
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chicked broth
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/3 cup Lake George Olive Oil Co. Black Mission Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Lake George Olive Oil Co. Cortina Gran Cru Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Whisk together the Lake George Olive Oil Co. Black Mission Fig Dark Balsamic Vinegar, chicken broth, sugar garlic, and thyme and marinade the chicken breast for 20 minutes.
- Heat the Lake George Olive Oil Co. Cortina Gran Cru Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a large skillet.
- Remove chicken, but reserve the marinade. Brown chicken in skillet until almost done cooking. Add the marinade to the pan and bring heat to a boil. Cover and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite roasted vegetables.
