SPICY CITRUS AND MANGO SMOKED SALMON SALAD
Ingredients
- 6 green onions, diced
- 1-2 avocado, sliced
- 10 oz package shredded green cabbage (or any preferred variety)
- 8 oz smoked salmon, broken up (or cut) into small pieces
- Smoked Sea Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp Lake George Olive Oil Co. Mango White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Lake George Olive Oil Co. Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Lake George Olive Oil Co. Baklouti Green Chili Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 mango, cubed
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Place cabbage in a bowl. Top with green onions, mango, and smoked salmon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Lake George Olive Oil Co. Lemon Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lake George Olive Oil Co. Baklouti Green Chili Fused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lake George Olive Oil Co. Mango White Balsamic Vinegar and lemon juice. Add Smoked Sea Salt and fresh cracked peppercorn.
- Pour vinaigrette over ingredients in bowl and toss gently to combine. Top with avocado slices and serve.
