Since garlic and olive oil are almost always used together in Mediterranean cooking, you can use this in just about anything. We particularly enjoy it in fresh scampi. Try it over pasta, as a bread dipper, on mashed potatoes, or even sauté your favorite garden veggies for tons of added flavor.
