Yes. We ship within the United States. Most orders are processed and shipped in about 4–7 days. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking information once your package is on its way. We offer free shipping for orders in the US over $100.

We do not offer refunds, but exchanges may be available in limited situations. Please inspect your order when it arrives and email us within 10 days if something is damaged or there is an issue with the order. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and your order confirmation so we can review and determine next steps.

If your bottle is unopened, you may be eligible for an exchange when you email within 10 days of receipt with photos and order details. If you purchased an item by mistake, you can exchange it in person: contact us by email to arrange an in‑person exchange and bring your original order confirmation. In all cases where we can help, we’re happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund.
