Can I sample products in the store?

Yes. Our tasting rooms are built around sampling. You can taste any of our extra virgin olive oils, infused oils, and balsamic vinegars before you decide what to bring home. Our staff will help you compare different harvests, regions, and flavors so you leave with bottles you’ll actually use.

How many varieties do you carry?

We typically stock over 50 varieties of oils and vinegars, plus a wide selection of sea salts, seasonings, jams, pestos, salsas, grilling sauces, and locally made products. The exact lineup changes with the seasons and harvests, which keeps the tasting experience fresh.

What are your best‑selling flavors?

Garlic Infused Olive Oil is our top seller and a staple in many customers’ kitchens. Other favorites include Tuscan Herb and Basil Infused Olive Oils, along with Traditional Style Balsamic, Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic, Fig Balsamic, and Cranberry Pear White Balsamic.

Do you make custom gift boxes?

Yes. We create custom gift boxes and favors for weddings, bridal showers, corporate events, holiday gifting, and more. Share your budget, flavor preferences, and quantity, and we’ll suggest combinations and packaging that fit your occasion.

Do you offer wedding or event favors?

We do. Olive oil and balsamic favors are popular for weddings, bridal showers, and corporate events in the Lake George, Glens Falls, Queensbury, and Saratoga area. Contact us with your event date, guest count, and budget and we’ll walk you through options for mini bottles, tags, and packaging.

Where do your olive oils come from?

We partner with a trusted distributor to bring in fresh, cold‑pressed extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars from top‑producing regions including Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugal, Tunisia, Chile, and California. This lets you taste and compare different “terroirs” side by side in one visit.

Do you ship orders?

Yes. We ship within the United States. Most orders are processed and shipped in about 4–7 days. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking information once your package is on its way. We offer free shipping for orders in the US over $100.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds, but exchanges may be available in limited situations. Please inspect your order when it arrives and email us within 10 days if something is damaged or there is an issue with the order. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and your order confirmation so we can review and determine next steps.

If your bottle is unopened, you may be eligible for an exchange when you email within 10 days of receipt with photos and order details. If you purchased an item by mistake, you can exchange it in person: contact us by email to arrange an in‑person exchange and bring your original order confirmation. In all cases where we can help, we’re happy to offer an exchange instead of a refund.

Do you accept exchanges in person?

Yes, for eligible items. If you ordered the wrong product by mistake, email us first with your order details so we can confirm eligibility and plan your visit. Then bring the item and your order confirmation to the shop to complete the exchange.

Which areas do you serve?

Our tasting rooms welcome guests from Lake George, Glens Falls, Queensbury, Saratoga, and the wider Adirondack region, and we ship orders across the U.S. We’re a convenient stop if you’re visiting Lake George Village, exploring the Glens Falls area, or looking for gifts to bring back from the Saratoga region.
